1. The Company proposes certain requirements for cleanliness of new oil, for example, cleanliness for the servo valve oil shall not be lower than Level 6 of American NAS standard. Considering that new oil is contaminated to an extent during storage and transport for various reasons, new oil does not meet the requirements for the hydraulic system. Therefore, new oil shall be filled into the system after filtration in demanding systems. The oil filter vehicle is not only a set of special equipment for filling new oil into the hydraulic system but also the best equipment for regularly filtrating contaminants from oil in the system, recycling dirty oil and saving energy.

2. For our LUC and YLC series fine oil filter vehicles, the coarse filter is additionally provided with a magnet, while the fine filter is additionally provided with a high-precision stainless steel mesh filter for high-precision filtration. In addition to reliable performance, compact structure, beautiful appearance and convenient maintenance and use, the LUC and YLC series fine oil filter vehicles also feature high precision and low noise, and their precision reaches 3μm, 5μm, 10μm, 20μm and 30μm. You may determine the precision as required, and exchange the filters with different precision so as to meet use requirements.
