The SPL and DPL mesh filters are applied to filtrate lubricating oil and fuel oil for various types of maritime and stationary diesel engines, as well as oil or other lubricating systems, and are applied in petroleum industry, electricity industry, chemical industry and other industries.The mesh filter is classified into SPL double-cylinder series and DPL single-cylinder series.

This filter is reliably operated and conveniently maintained, without other power supply. The filter elements are made of metal mesh, and features high strength, high oil flow capacity, high filtration precision and easy cleaning, etc. The SPL double-cylinder series can be replaced and cleaned without interruption when the main engine works.

Features and applications

The shape of the filter mesh product is: rectangle, square, circle, ellipse, ring, rectangle, hat, waist, and profile.

Filter mesh product structure: single layer, double layer, multiple layers.

Processing technology: double or triple layer spot welding, solder joints generally range from 4 to 10, and can also be single layer and double layer edge according to customer requirements. Materials: stainless steel mesh, galvanized mesh, copper mesh, dense mesh, punched mesh, etc.

Edging material: stainless steel plate, copper plate, galvanized plate, aluminum plate, rubber, etc.

Filter diameter: generally 5 mm to 600 mm.
