Generally speaking, with the exception of a few filter elements that have a regenerative nature, the filter element needs to be replaced after a period of time.

Ultrafilter precision filter core is made of imported high-quality filtration materials and stainless steel framework, which has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, corrosion resistance, high strength, low airflow resistance and long service life. The outer layer adopts hydrophobic foam sleeve, which is oil resistant and acid resistant to chemical corrosion. It prevents the coalescing liquid from re-entering the airflow and ensures high efficiency in oil and water removal.

Characteristics of Ultrafilter elements are as follows:

1. Concentrate and separate water macromolecular substances, particles, colloid, organic matter, trapping bacteria, algae, etc.

2. Three ways to trap macromolecular materials:

1) adsorption in the membrane hole (single adsorption); 2) stay in micropores and be removed (blocked); 3) mechanically trapped on the membrane surface

3. The special manufacturing technology of membrane silk ensures large water flux and is not easy to be blocked.

4. Ultrafiltration membrane can be repeatedly cleaned with long service life.

Notes for installation of German ultrafilter elements:

A) the working pressure shall not exceed the maximum pressure indicated by the filter.

B) filters are usually installed after the rear cooler and the air storage tank,Get as close as possible to the point of use and the lowest temperature.

C) the filter should not be installed after the quick opening of the valve to prevent backflow and shock.

D) the filter should be installed vertically with enough space below to replace the filter element.

E) the larger filter shall be properly supported in the pipeline.
